1. Analyze all process need processing equipment.
2. calculate the processing time of each device needs.
3. Calculate the cost of manufacturing per hour according to the equipment. Common vertical machining center is RMB 60 ~ 80 RMB/hour (including tax), milling machine and ordinary lathe is RMB 30 / hour ( including tax).
4. Calculate costs of the packing and shipping, management, fixture，tools.
5.The total costs = equipment processing fee + packaging transport fee + management fee + fixture fee + tools fee
6.To the customer's unit price= (the total cost + profit)/product quantity
