Parts 2D drawings are not clearly marked, is wrong? -

When analysis of CAD drawings, We often found that some dimensions are not described, and some instructions are a very partial industry terms, some size line may be selected in the marked line deviation from the actual target, Shenzhen Winnewtech Metal Patrs Inc has found these problems during the analysis. Please see where the red arrows are located.Is left red arrow size not accurate choice to the edge of the line?  The 5V1 and 8v1 did not explain, and do not know what is said. as shown, the specific analysis depends on the next page.
